I’ve been getting into eating breakfast to keep my blood sugar up and stop me from being hangry by 1pm. I’ve never been a big breakfast eater but since the mid thirties is creeping I’m having to make a few changes to how I take care of myself.
My supermarket sells Thomas’s English Muffins for “buy 1 get 2 free.” That’s a great deal for something that can be frozen and eaten over time. I’ve never been a big fan until my husband brought home a bag after our trip to Paris. I slathered one with a few pats of the French butter I smuggled into America. As the weather gets cooler it really is the perfect on the go, in my car, breakfast.
